Ford got into power with only 40% of the vote and our electoral system gave him 60% of the seats. The grassroots supported Charter Challenge for Fair Voting will try to fix this 157 yr old electoral atrocity at the federal level. A precedent would set the stage in all provinces:  The hearing is Nov 5 and 6 in the Ontario Court of Appeal.
